our policies and procedures:
Consultations are necessary to provide our clients the appropriate solutions. We offer consultations in clinic as well as FaceTime consults (for those unable to appear in person) for $100 to be paid prior to your appointment. This fee is non-refundable; however, it will be applied to your scheduled treatment.
Appointments are highly recommended, but we will do everything possible to accommodate walk-ins.
LATE ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are required to inform us of any cancellations 24 hours prior to scheduled service. If you cancel or miss your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, Skin Thesis will charge you 100% of the treatment cost. If your consultation time is missed, the fee of $100 will not be applied towards any treatment and will be redeemed.
We accept Cash, Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover and store credit. We do not accept personal checks. All treatments/products must be paid for at the time of treatment/purchase. Gift certificates are not refundable or transferrable.
A credit card is required to secure an appointment
It is at your discretion and is not included in any services or packages.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.
